In the March 2011 calendar on page 26, the listing for the event “Remembering the Golden Voice of Hawai‘i” honoring the late Alfred Apaka has been corrected in the PDF version. In our print edition, KWO incorrectly stated that there would be a dedication of an Alfred Apaka statue at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The statue has been there for many years and will not be dedicated on March 19. KWO also incorrectly printed a phone number and web site for more information. Please refrain from calling the number printed and instead direct any calls to Ka Wai Ola at (808) 594-1925. Additionally, there is no event information on the web site that was provided.
